What does the free trial include?

The 7-day free trial gives you full platform access for one client brand with all five AI surfaces (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode). You get the complete analysis – approximately 100 queries, full visibility scoring, provider intelligence, competitive analysis, citation source tracking, the opportunity engine, and a PDF report. No credit card required. The only limitations versus paid plans are the number of brands and analysis frequency.

How many client brands can I monitor?

The Free Trial supports 1 brand. Agency supports up to 10 brands. Agency Pro supports up to 25 brands on platform API keys, with unlimited brands when using your own API keys (BYO). If you’re managing more than 25 brands on platform keys, contact us for custom enterprise pricing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade from Free Trial to Agency or Agency Pro at any time. When you upgrade, your existing brand data and analysis history are preserved. You can also upgrade from Agency to Agency Pro when you need more client capacity, white-label reports, or BYO API key support.

What are BYO API keys?

BYO (Bring Your Own) API keys is an Agency Pro feature that lets you use your own OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity API keys instead of the platform-provided ones. This gives you zero platform API costs – you pay your LLM providers directly at their standard rates. It also unlocks unlimited client brands and higher analysis frequencies (weekly or daily instead of monthly).

What does white-label reporting include?

White-label reports, coming soon on Agency Pro, will let you customise PDF reports with your agency’s logo and brand colours. This means you’ll be able to deliver Citaition’s AI visibility reports to your clients under your own brand, making AI visibility monitoring a seamless part of your agency’s service offering.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your 7-day trial expires, your dashboard becomes read-only. All your data and analysis results are preserved – nothing is deleted. You’ll see an upgrade prompt to continue using the platform. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock your data and start adding more clients.

Agency Pro with BYO API keys has zero platform API costs – you pay your LLM providers directly at cost, which is typically a fraction of the subscription price.
